The minigame can be annoying at times, its all about patience. Just wait for the electrocuting arms to turn away from you then run for it ;D
Heres a screenshot of the minigame.
The objective of the game is to get the little green battery (far right) to the large silver rectangles and stay there long enough untill it is fully charged. You can charge two batterys without having to recharge yourself, to recharge you go back to the circle you started on.
Avoid getting zapped by all red arms, if you do i advise you to go back and recharge yourself or you will have to make two trips to the larger batterys to fill it up.
